Privacy Policy

Niqassimha helps you split expenses with your people. Your privacy matters — here's our policy:

Operator

Niqassimha is operated by Omar Alsanie. Contact: support@niqassimha.com

What we collect

• Your name and phone number (for sign-in).
• Settlement info you enter yourself — all optional: IBAN, wallet phone number (stc bank, barq, D360, urpay) and your preferred wallet.
• Your content in the app: the groups, expenses and settlements you create.
• Your device's push notification token — only to send you the app's notifications.

How we use it

• To run the app: log expenses, compute balances, and show who owes whom.
• Settlement info is shown only to group members who owe you, so they can pay you from their own bank app — never to anyone else.

No tracking

There is no tracking of any kind: no ads, no third-party analytics, and no tracking of your activity across other apps or websites.

Niqassimha never moves money

The app does not process payments or hold balances. Transfers happen in your own bank app; we only record what you mark as settled.

Contacts

Contacts access is opt-in and used only for inviting. We never upload your full contact list.

Storage & retention

Your data is stored with a trusted database provider (Supabase) and kept for as long as your account exists. We do not sell your data or share it for advertising.

Account deletion

You can delete your account in the app at any time (Settings → Delete account). When you do:

• Deleted permanently and immediately: your name, phone number, IBAN and wallet numbers, and your push token.
• Expenses and settlements in your shared groups remain in anonymized form as "Deleted user", because removing them would corrupt the other members' balances with each other. Those records are no longer linked to your identity in any way.
